Description: A Conservative, egalitarian congregation, Adath Shalom recognizes an equal role for men and women in aspects of ritual practice. NEW THIS YEAR! Kehillat Beth Israel is proud to introduce a new service this year: the Kol Nidre Family Service. Designed for families with elementary school-age children (5-10 years old), this abridged service, featuring the Kol Nidre prayer chanted by Cantor Green, will introduce Yom Kippur in an accessible, engaging, and kid-friendly setting. This service is open to members and non-members and is free of charge; advanced registration is required.
