Ottawa Kosher Food Bank
The Ottawa Kosher Food Bank (OKFB) is a project of Kehillat Beth Israel Synagogue at 1400 Coldrey Avenue in Ottawa.
They are dedicated to providing healthful kosher food to Ottawa families who are in need. It is the only kosher food bank in Ottawa.
The OKFB relies on a strong group of volunteers to help out with various tasks.
Volunteer opportunities include:
• Packing bags of non-perishables for clients.
• Delivering bags to clients’ homes,
• Bringing bags to clients’ cars on the day of distribution.
