CJE Project – A Tribute to Canada 150
Participate in an exhibit showcasing Jewish Canadian contributions to Canada’s development over the past 150 years.
This exhibit consists of 9 panels and is an opportunity for people to learn more about how Jewish Canadians have been part of Canada’s growth and development since its earliest days. It is a chance for visitors to the National Capital to know more about their fellow Canadians and how they have participated in the successes we all share in on the occasion of this important milestone – our 150th Anniversary as a nation.
Location: 30 Metcalfe Street
Exhibit Dates: April 4, 2017 – December 31, 2017
Volunteers are asked to sign up for a 3 hour shift, your choice of:
11am – 1pm, and from 1pm – 4pm
You may sign up for as many shifts as you wish.
You will have access to a desk and chair in the lobby, and have access to a room downstairs for personal belongings, as well as a private washroom. CJE will provide your parking fee and will also provide a copy of the panel texts beforehand to help in your preparations.
