At the Purim season we travel to “a whole new world,” as in ancient Persia when the Jews were threatened by the evil Haman.
Blending the Purim story with the Aladdin narrative, our Confirmation students will take us on a magical carpet journey reminding us to confront all forms of discrimination and stand proud as Jews.

2nd Annual Scotch Whiskey Tasting

This curated tasting, led by Temple member, Rick Garber, will sample an assortment of whiskeys, exploring the variety of flavours and styles from across Scotland: the Lowlands, Highlands, Speyside, Islay and more! Dress up in your Purim best / wear your kilt (yes, kosher Jewish kilts are marketed in Scotland), and enjoy imbibing. Light snacks will accompany the beverages.
Age 19+ and please and consider a designated driver.
