Are you a young adult under 40 with an innovative idea for the Ottawa Jewish community? If your answer is yes, you may be eligible for a grant to help fund your idea or project!
The Federation’s EG Grants Committee is accepting applications for up to $2,000!
Decisions are based on the following criteria:
Help inspire the emerging generation with an event that highlights the contributions of fellow Jewish Ontarians in areas such as the arts, culture, business, philanthropy and public life.
Apply for up to $2,000 in funding for your event.
Ideas include concerts featuring Jewish Ontarians making an impact on the music scene, dinners or lectures with inspiring individuals such as Holocaust Survivors, that connect the generations and help people learn about the lives they built in post-war Canada.
Jewish Heritage Month in Ontario, in the month of May, celebrates and honors the heritage, culture, achievements and contributions made by members of the Jewish community. It provides an opportunity to appreciate and learn about the history and culture of Jewish Ontarians who have made an impact in communities across Ontario, including in medicine, law, politics, arts, business and philanthropy.
