Yom HaShoah Community Commemoration

11:00AM - 1:00PM

Yom HaShoah is commemorated throughout the world as the most significant day for Holocaust Remembrance within the Jewish community. On this day, April 28, 2022, we remember the six million Jews who perished in the Holocaust, and we invite the Jewish community and all Canadians to take a moment to reflect on the past, and continue to take a stand against hate and antisemitism in each of our communities.

Join us in person or online, as we gather as a community to commemorate Yom HaShoah at the National Holocaust Monument, followed by an exhibition of Yad VaShem’s Shoah: How Was It Humanly Possible at the Canadian War Museum.
