The Bora Laskin Law Society is an association of Jewish lawyers, dedicated to the social, professional, and intellectual development of the Ottawa Jewish legal community.

On March 17, 2020, at 5:30 PM at the Supreme Court of Canada, 301 Wellington Street, we will gather to commemorate 50 years since Justice Bora Laskin was named to the Supreme Court of Canada, becoming the first Jewish person to be so appointed.

Our keynote speaker for the evening will be the Right Honourable Richard Wagner, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada.

We will also enjoy a light meal reception with drinks and dessert catered by Creative Kosher Catering.
